MOVING FORMS

Bethan has been teaching yoga classes in Bristol since 2009, her classes are inspired by Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Vini yoga & Forrest yoga and influenced by Tai Chi. 


As a certified ITM Alexander Technique teacher she brings an understanding of how we can move with greater ease. 

Central to this understanding is that our thoughts create our movement. To work with movement we must first address our thoughts and our ideas.
