The Autumn equinox is a time of balance and reflection that marks the exact midpoint between the light and dark halves of the year. It’s a time to reflect the wild busy heat of summer and find that same equilibrium within ourselves - and the perfect time to acclimatise yourself to transitions with contrast therapy of sauna, infrared and ice bath therapy! When you book the workshop you'll also get a 50% off discount for a '1hr recovery session' at Well Flexed if you wish to book that in (£10 instead of the usual £20).
From an Ayurvedic perspective, Autumn is characterised by vata energy which, when balanced, can usher in a wave of creativity, new ideas and enthusiasm for the projects ahead. When imbalanced Vata energy can tip into restlessness, instability and overwhelm.
